I have received my new guitar and am sooo pleased. My girlfriend was there when I unwrapped it and I think she was as excited as me. The guitar is a piece of art and is stunning. I am very pleased with the guitar and could hardly put it down all last weekend. I am a beginner player and have been playing an Ovation which, I feel, has a great sound but there is absolutely no comparison to the Zager.
My girlfriend does not play and she instantly
noticed the difference between the two sounds. She even commented that she was
enjoying listening to me practicing as she said it sounded almost angelic! Most
times people are running in terror covering their ears! I had tested Taylor,
Martins and several other higher end guitars up to about $4000 and there is
absolutely no comparison in playability and the sound of the Zager ZAD80 is, in
my opinion better.
The guitar
has a sound which is much clearer on the bottom end than the Martin and the
high strings have clarity better than the others I had tried. I thank you so
much for this as I have been looking for this sound for quite some time.
